Greenwood - William Thad Greenwood

William Thad Greenwood murdered Lucille DeBorde (14) Years Old and Diane Ross Williams Hall (29) Years Old in Highlands Texas 1978. Right beside the Catholic Church. His younger brother got Lucille pregnant at the time so the police arrested them both at first. Old Baytown Sun Newspaper Articles states that William tortured both women to death and had them chained to trees in the woods behind their house for days. Both brothers kidnapped Diane from Baytown to rape her but in the end because he was 16 he went to juvenile and his record is clean today. He got married and had children. William most recently was convicted of molesting his granddaughter April 16, 2018 from age 5-age 18 living in Hall Texas. The Greenwood Family had a pet shop in front of their home facing Main Street in 1978. I knew an old police office that worked the case and he died about 2 years ago. He told me that case haunted him because Lucille was naked and William strangled her with her bra. Only her bra was around her neck. This monster William was let out of prison for both murders because of over crowding. They put his DNA in CODIS now because they believe he has murdered more women since 1991 his release. William is age 60 now.
